Returns
We want you to love your order from us
Since all of our products are made-to-order, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retailers. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing
When we accept returns or refunds
We’ll gladly replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
- You receive the wrong item.
If this happens, please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue
When we cannot accept returns
Because our products are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
(please check our size charts carefully before ordering)
- Slight variations in color, placement, or design
These are part of the production process and not considered defects to give you a quality garment and exclusive to you
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if production hasn’t started yet. Once production begins, the order is final
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a few business days for funds to appear in your account
Exchanges
Since items are custom made, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, you can reorder the correct size or product once your refund is processed
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are non-refundable
