2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to make purchases from our site.
3. Products & Print-on-Demand Notice
All our products are produced on a made-to-order / print-on-demand basis. This means items are manufactured only once an order is placed.
As each item is custom-made, slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the unique production process.
Availability of products may change without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
Prices are displayed in United States Dollar (USD), inclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The accepted payment method is exclusively PayPal. Read about PayPal in our "Secure Payments" Page.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or supply constraints.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary based on production, shipping method, and destination. Since items are made-to-order, please allow additional time for processing.
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because our items are print-on-demand and custom-made, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly.
You received the wrong item.
Please note:
We cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of colors (unless materially different from product images).
To request a return, you must contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order, with supporting photos if required.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
7. Sizing & Product Information
Size charts are provided for all clothing. It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before placing an order.
We cannot guarantee fit if size selection is incorrect.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Alberto Roma. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Our products are sold “as is” and without express warranties, except where required by law.
We do not warrant that products will meet your specific expectations outside of what is described on our site.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, errors, or product availability issues.

The name Alberto Roma, its logos, and associated branding are protected by trademark. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of our trademarks or brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
